I came across this shirt while browsing through Rumplo (which is always a nice way to spend the time you don't have) and I'm thrilled! I'm thrilled for two reasons, one because I found this Magritte shirt which is absolutely astonishing, and second because I found Binkie which has an amazing collection of shirts, very artsy, very sophisticated, very original. These limited edition shirts are hand made with cut out cotton pieces stitched on the fabric, which totally justifies the $40 they cost on average.

Combining pop sensibility with post punk chic, and the collage techniques of dada and surrealism, Binkie is resuscitating the humble tshirt. Lovingly selected vintage and classic fabrics are stitched on to create unique collector’s pieces.
