As you might have noticed I don't usually review text t-shirts and that's because of several reasons. One of them is that the text must be really witty and that's not always the case, while the majority of shirts out there have plain offensive sex or drinking related text. And then I found (well ok, not exactly found but became aware of) Uppity Shirts and thought "dammit these are so smart!" Why are these shirts any different? Well, first they're not afraid of being politically incorrect but they're not offensive. Second, they're not always obvious, you have to stop for a moment and think. Finally, because when you visit Uppity Shirts you better have a dictionary with you, and I'm not talking about the "Urban Dictionary", I'm talking about the English language dictionary! I so loved this shop and, even when I didn't understand what some shirts were about, I loved it even more because I could feel that each t-shirt is the product of a real experience that you might or might not relate to.
