Tokyo Art Beat (TAB) is Tokyo's biggest bilingual online guide to arts and design events, listing more than 350 events in 500 spaces. Each year, TAB releases a collection of 5 exclusive, limited-edition shirts donated by international designers and artists that live in Tokyo. All the proceeds of the sale are used to support the people who work or volunteer for TAB, which is a non profit organization. My favorite design is "On The March" by illustrator Shantell Martin, an artist with a very personal and distinctive style. The design is about Tokyo's streets that are full of people, buildings, and animals "of all shapes and sizes". The shirts cost ¥3800 (that's about $32) plus shipping.
